The Best Price

The pricing of a transcription depends on several factors, including length of audio, recording quality, number of speakers, accents, content, and turnaround time. We carefully evaluate each audio or video recording to make sure you get the best price possible.

Audio Speaker Image

Faster = Cheaper

In general, the faster we can transcribe your audio, the lower the price! Audio with such factors as background noise, accents, multiple speakers or technical terminology needs additional care and attention to transcribe accurately, requiring a higher pricing level.

Intelligent Verbatim

Unless requested otherwise, all audio will be transcribed using "intelligent verbatim": We will remove interjections such as "uh" and "um" and we will also remove any stutters or repeated words. For example, if a speaker says, "wh - what does that - that mean?", we will type, "What does that mean?" Strict verbatim, where all interjections and repeated words are included, is available as an option.
